Cancellation Policy
I understand that things can come up. I value your time as my guest. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please notify me no later than 24 hours before our scheduled appointment. Failure to notify 24 hours ahead of time may incur a cancellation fee. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld we require a credit card to book any appointment online. Any appointment not cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled date and time falls under my Cancellation Policy protocol. 25% of the valued service will be due before scheduling another appointment. Even if our scheduled appointment IS within 24 hours, please be courteous and notify the service provider. Any guest who fails to notify the service provider of cancellation with no communication until the scheduled appointment will fall under my No Show Policy protocol. The full total of the valued service will be due before scheduling another appointment.
